Sessions
Our individual sessions are tailored to meet your specific needs and goals. You’ll have the opportunity to work one-on-one with Astri and her horses in a private and supportive setting. These sessions are ideal for those seeking greater self-awareness, personal growth, healing and who are seeking to improve their overall quality of life.
Group/Family Sessions
Ben je op zoek naar meer bewustzijn op dingen die in je leven spelen of wil je graag blokkades overwinnen die je ervan weerhouden om volledig van het leven te genieten? Dan bieden wij een unieke en boeiende ochtend of middag voor jou en een groep gelijkgestemden.
Onze aanpak maakt gebruik van paarden die jouw gedrag spiegelen en daar onbevooroordeeld in zijn. Dit in combinatie met de Magische Driehoek die ondersteuning biedt door middel van eenvoudige symbolen en onze de specifieke begeleiding, stelt jou instaat om snel inzicht te krijgen in wat je nodig hebt en wat je kunt doen om te bereiken wat bij jou past.

Sessions
In teams waarin “wat meer” nodig is zoals een nieuw samengesteld team, een team dat een ontwikkeling door moet maken in het kader van een transitie- en/of veranderingsproces in de organisatie, interne conflicten, spanningen etc. maken we na een gedegen intake een training op maat.
Het bijzondere hierbij is dat we gebruik maken van paarden in combinatie met de Magische Driehoek die een eenvoudig kader biedt om in alle rust en vrijheid, problematiek te onderzoeken en unieke antwoorden te vinden.
